Orleans is a sweet potato with orange flesh and light pink skin. He is a twin brother to ‘Beauregard’ in many ways. The color of the skin and the flesh are similar to that of ‘Beauregard’ and the sugar profiles are identical to those of ‘Beauregard’, so the taste is not changed.
